The Bobbie dress has a real 90s feel. The bodice is clean cut with a high neck, large oval cut out on the back and baroque pearl buttons. The hem is shorter at the front to show off a great shoe, with a puddle train at the back. Several layers of tulle make up the bubble hem skirt, giving a cloud like effect.
